They need someone who is experience with Windows Server 2019, Windows 7-10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, LAN/WAN/WLAN.
What Will This Role Entail?
This role will involve providing timely and polite IT support to clients in this company. You will be dealing with all issues according to company guidelines such as taking calls, logging calls, fixing/resolving issues, confirming fix with users and close calls.
Knowledge and Skills Required for the Role:
* Microsoft technologies focused on Desktop and Application Support
* Windows 7-10
* MS Office
* Experience Windows Server 2016/2019 Support & Administration; Setting up file shares, printers, Group Policy, User Creation etc
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS
* Support for Smart Phones, Tablets etc.
* High knowledge, interest and enthusiasm in general for IT
* 20 days annual holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday
* Travel Expenses
