Service Desk Analyst (O365, Microsoft, Active Directory) – Cambridge

A brilliant opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst with good 1st Line Support experience to work for a key essential worker FMCG company in Cambridgeshire who are hiring multiple people as a part of their exponential growth in their IT department.

**role will be interviewed + start remotely until further notice**

Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated 1st line support skills (Office365, Active Directory, MS Applications)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, handling service requests and incidents via phone and email
  • Able to do 1st line support tasks with little help
